Summer Registration Information
Competitive Women's Basketball League
Location: Durham College/UOIT
Tuesday nights (8pm and 9pm) from May 18 to August 17
Cost: $1350/team - Includes $150 fee for high school athlete, this will be covered by sponsors so you only pay $1200.
*note: NO refunds will be given
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: Register before April 1, 2010 and save $50 off team registration fee.
Individual Registration:
Cost: $150
If there is enough requests by individual players, XXcel Women’s League will put together a team. If you would like to register as an individual, please submit a post-dated cheque for May 1, 2010. The cheque will only be cashed if there is enough demand to put together a team.
Please include your player position and skill level when registering individually.
Team & League Information:
Maximum Roster of 10, Minimum Roster of 7 (including high school athlete)
Guaranteed 10 games (including playoffs)

League and High School Athlete MVP
Game Scores, Player Stats, and pictures posted weekly
Uniforms provided and MUST be worn at every game
Mentorship Component: It's not just about basketball. It's about community. It's about giving back and providing young women with positive role models.
Each team will be assigned a high school player who has been selected based on character, skill and eagerness to develop their skills.
The team representative will be responsible for ensuring that this athlete is incorporated into their team and the entire team will be responsible for assisting with the facilitation of character and skill development in this athlete.
